How we check
For each provider we read the public order page and the page that lists payment options, and we note the cheapest Windows plan, whether the Windows license is mentioned, which coins and USDT networks are named, and what the provider itself says about identity checks. Every fact on this site links to the page it came from, with the date we read it.
A provider counts as no-KYC here only if its own page says so, or if sign-up demonstrably needs nothing beyond an email or messenger account. Where a page is silent we write “not stated” instead of guessing.
We don't buy test servers from every provider, so we make no claims about speed or uptime. The order of the list is editorial.
Spotted something outdated? The provider pages change. Tell us through rdp.vision support and we update the entry.
